This photograph features a vibrant Cedar Waxwing ready to feast on the beautiful berries. I always wanted to photograph these beautiful birds, but when ever I saw them I never had the right opportunity. Finally, on one cold morning I went out to photograph these birds. Once I was there, I noticed that a lot of these waxwings were landing on this bush to eat berries, so I carefully positioned myself for the perfect dark green background, and waited for one waxwing to land on the bush. In about 10 minutes waiting in the cold, one waxwing quickly flew down, and gave me amazing photography opportunities. This was an amazing experience that I will never forget.
